Return Policy
If you receive a product that is damaged, leaked, or not as expected, you can request a return within 24 hours of delivery. To ensure a smooth process, please make sure the honey jar is unused, sealed, and in its original packaging when you request a return.

Simply contact us via phone, WhatsApp, or email within 24 hours of receiving your order. Our team will quickly verify your request and guide you through the return process.
Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and checked, we will process your refund or replacement. Refunds are usually credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Important Note
Since honey is a natural food product, we cannot accept returns if the jar has been opened or used. We hope you understand this, as it helps us maintain quality and safety for all our customers.
